We had a gorgeous view and a pleasant climate during our stay, making it a nice weekend getaway from Recife. The kids had a blast playing by the pool and discovering the grounds, but as adults, we found the service left much to be desired. There were plenty of staff around, yet we struggled to get basic service at our poolside table. Overall, the experience was frustrating, even though the hotel itself is charming.
